2007 to 2025 Classes taught by this 20 Hour Bail Agent Pre Licensing Course have always been Approved by the California Department of Insurance and is required to both advance in the California Bail Agent Licensing process, and it also satisfies 50% of the legal requirement to lawfully bounty hunt in California within the meaning of California Penal Codes beginning with Section 1299.01, inclusive.

CONTINUING FUGITIVE RECOVERY CE 12 Hours is a wholly unique course that includes heavily academic, practical scenarios, and additional range time with ammo included in course tuition. It offers participants a comprehensive understanding of the skills needed for effective fugitive recovery.  Also available in cooperation with the Weapons Training School, is Bailspeak's wholly unique "Mini-Date" offering wherein spouses accompanying their husbands and wives can enroll in the Day One (non-CDI) class to experience the initial training and share in the educational journey.

Bail Bondsman Bounty Hunting Equipment is also available for pre-order and Will Call Pick-Up at any Live Bail Agent Pre Licensing Event Break or Lunch for in-person delivery of Pre-Ordered Bail Enforcement Equipment.

Option 1- $560.00 – Seat Guaranteed - Certificate Ready

 Fax in Registration Form with full Credit Card payment no less than 10-days before class weekend. Email confirmation sent within 24-hours of receipt of fax. Call if you do not receive an email confirmation.

Option 2 - $585.00 – Subject To Seat Availablity - Certificate may be Ready

Fax in Registration Form with full Credit Card payment within 10-days of class weekend. Faxed in Registrations less than two days before class may be considered an unexpected walk-in resulting in;

Option 3 - $600.00- Subject to Seat Availability - Certificate may be ready

(Pay-at-the-Door) Fax in Registration Form with a Non-Refundable Seat Reservation Credit Card Payment of $150.00 no later than 10-days before class weekend and with $450.00 due at-the-door. Pay-at-the-door Registrations that are faxed in less than two days before a class weekend may be considered an unexpected walk-in resulting in Option 4 Course Fee.

Option 4 – $650.00 – Subject to Seat Availability - Certificate Mailed

Attendee unexpectedly walks in for class without faxing in registration form.

MANUAL, CERTIFICATE, CLASS DOCUMENT REQUEST

Q: I am a Bailspeak Alumni, and I need my manual, certificate and/or I would like the Bailspeak 20-hour bail agent pre licensing class handouts replaced. How do I proceed in doing so?

A: Due to a substantial increase in requests for replacement manuals and class documents, unfortunately, replacing these items can no longer be done at no cost; therefore, please see the below PayPal button and select the proper option.

Be sure to include what it is you are ordering in the Merchant Instructions window, and you should also follow up with an email to the Bailspeak Registrar to be sure the order is correctly shipped.

Orders cannot be completed without including the exact city and date you completed your original Bailspeak course; Bailspeak does not keep digital records, so please include your full name and last four of your SSN for identification purposes.
